IS SILENCE GOLDEN OR NOT?

Even the likes of Scrafton has been very quiet today only posted the Ingram story today so fingers crossed that's good news if not tomorrow is another day

The club aren't the ones causing stress, it's the people who are being reactionaries and jumping to conclusions with the little information that has been made available.

We only really know very small fractions of information about what is actually going on (IMO this is a good thing and shows the club are allowing for a thorough interview process) and there is no point in thinking too deeply about the inner and outer workings.

All I know if this; Mansford, Sadler and the board will do what is best for the club with this hire so I am not worried one bit.

Sit back, relax or go for a walk, read a book, do whatever to take your mind off the search and just know that the right decision will be made.

It’s just the fear of losing what we have achieved over the last three years
Everyone is anxious that we don’t want to get the wrong type of manager in
And Return to the dark days of League 1

I think big problem has been so called Journalists talking about things they know little about and starting rumours. Then everyone jumps on them and crates drama. Nixon and the lad from LancsLive have both done that this week. Now we all know that they're both full of it.

If people are stressing over the managerial appointment at BFC then they doing alright in life there are more important things for people to stress about

If Simon Sadler does look at this site he's probably thinking why do I bother.
Maybe , but the other way to look at it is that people care passionately about the club. Rather that than the likes of Fylde or Fleetwood with tumbleweed blowing through their fanbase. We all care , worry and want the best we can.

A senior manager left with no notice just two weeks ago in a million pound p.a. business The appointment of his successor is quite likely to be crucial to the success of the business over the next two or three years. First and second round interviews seem to have been completed; if the successor is in a job already his release needs to be negotiated as well as his "package" agreed. Why on earth are people getting stressed? Isn't it better to get it right? I haven't noticed a load of transfers that we have missed out on. Current staff are capable of doing fitness and basic training. Give it another week for goodness' sake. Or is that far too boring?? Tin hat on!

What we are seeing is a new variant of covid. Critchley caught it and has spread it through our beloved club’s hierarchy - the sound of silence.

I'd like to think we already have a management team in place but SS is just holding back the announcement for his own entertainment reading AVFTT.
