I agree it will probably be next week along with the other FA Cup replays but if I was Scarbourgh with no game the following mid week ask to play it then.

There is no common sense in that being the case, which means you are almost certainly 100% correct

What SS1 said, plus if they delay until the next week then there are no dates available for a potential replay until after the 3rd round, unless we cancel one of our league games.

The club will have been planning for a game on Tuesday from before Saturday, either a replay or a postponement due to the weather, FGR the same, Scarborough will have known about the possibility since Saturday, I'd be astonished if it doesn't go ahead on Tuesday.

my point was merely the "automatic" priority, given at some point there has to be a cut-off in terms of the lateness of a decision (but there probably isn't).

Quite true, just because there's an investigation doesn't mean they're guilty. The game will be next Tuesday anyway I'm sure.
