He's probably right about 34% but then we are more concerned about other countries kids than our own.

Stockton North ironically covers some very wealthy areas, notably Wynyard, famous for its football residents (Newcastle and Sunderland more than Boro); Wolviston etc. TBH it goes to show that the poorer parts of the constituency are in a desperate plight; where the concentrations of child poverty must therefore be very high.
