I can’t cope with watching Beesley and CJ anymore.

We need to add people into the squad who can dribble with the ball.

It was so obvious the day he started he needed a No 2. Why didn't SS (or advisors) see that? One thing for sure is that if NC gets moved on (and I agree it's doubtful), then as I said yesterday The Meanley Warriors should reform for one last gig and kidnap SS so he has nothing to do with choosing a new manager.

he certainly needs one that’s for sure.
let’s not forget his record last six games with us, at villa and in the hot seat at qpr was dire to say the least.
whilst not in the camp of get rid of him he needs assistance and quickly.

Simple solution? Buy 2 job lots of planks. Use one lot to nail up our goal.
This will mean the opposition can't score, so NC can play 8 in midfield.
Use the second lot to build a barn door around the outside of the opposition goal. We are incapable of hitting a barn door currently so might just get one in the goal for a 1-0 win.

Absolutely, I appreciate what he’s trying to implement, but having all that possession is useless if you’re not also coaching players to use that possession well, which is already very difficult when we’re using limited players like CJ for a crucial position.
 
Seems to me, the only thing worse than our choice of player recruitment, is our choice of appropriate manager.

The mistakes are so obvious, it’s farcical.

This hole in midfield is a constant since Critchley first came here. Centre circle is a no-go zone 🤷‍♂️
 
We've got a Sporting Director (albeit we only play one sport), a Head of data analysis, a head of recruitment. Simon Sadler seems to love having departmental heads of all sorts. How about a Head of goal scoring; charged with identifying solutions for putting the ball inside the area bounded by the pitch, goalposts and cross bar.
