The debate is fab but we have been told quite clearly that Critchley has to win promotion next season if he didn't this one. And that is about it.

If we aren't challenging by Christmas he will be gone. His current style got us top 10 but the lack of any real variation of system all season, which is pretty weird and stubborn, will have to change.

I don't like the fact that you can't really play all 5 at the same time without fcuking about with the system so much that means the rest of the players haven't got a scooby what they are doing

And its not irrelevant at all as it most certainly means that they won't be with us next season

I liked the policy from the first full season under Sadler when we signed players on permanent transfers like Keshi, Yates and Marv

Yes, and the signings were made fairly early in the close season.
