Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Blackpool FC Community Trust as Head of Community Programmes. Responsible for leading the strategic development of the Trust’s Community Programmes provision, the post holder will also be expected to manage and oversee the delivery and development of our existing Community programmes, as well as staff associated with them. This team consists of five strands, which are: Community Cohesion, Community Youth Sport, Community Engagement, Community Navigation, Active through Football.
You will be expected to develop existing and create new partnerships with key agencies from the public, private and voluntary sectors, to further increase and develop the range of existing activities within the Trust portfolio. Central to this role is to work with colleagues to seek and gain funding to support the work.
