John Eustace anyone?

Not at all. This is happening week in week out. The tactics in the first half n some players, ¾ were shocking. It needs sorting out. What does it rake to get the players fired up, why are we still playing inverted wingers which kills the attack.

Nothing wrong with the subs at the end... it's 100% the right thing to do... The issue we have is in the execution and closing out a game professionally.

If we sit back we are asking for trouble, if we stay in that formation they can't push up for fear of getting caught short

Who's talking about 'Sitting Back' ... You have to be willing to go back though absolutely... That's precisely the time for the forwards, backwards, sideways anyways passing... The key is to retain possession, avoid the high risk Hollywood balls, fall over, waste time stop the opposition gaining any momentum. Exactly like Peterborough did to us at the weekend.
