Jordan Thorniley.

Never lets us down had a poor time under Quitchley but would be the first name on the team sheet for me. Against Barrow he was shouting and organising at the back for 90 mins telling people where to go and what to do.
More the eggspud does then. Really unsure why he's our captain...

I would play Thorniley today .. need some wise heads in that squad at the moment and he might only be 25 but he seems to be one of our more level headed and consistent players.

I rate Thorniley highly because of his professional attitude his reliability and his commitment to the team. He is no prima Donna keeps his mouth shut and works hard at his game. He is one of the best passers of the ball in the team with a great left foot. He lacks height and power and still has a tendancy to lose concentration. I would love all 25 players to have his attitude to be honest. It would be beyond stupidity to let him go.
