Joseph - Under used or Underwhelmed

If you look at his history to date, he's scored 19 goals and provided 7 assists in over 6000 minutes of playing time. That equates to 71 games, giving him a goal every 3.7 games with an assist every 10. He has age on his side but no matter how you slice it, those stats don't make for great reading. I know some of that is skewed by coming on as a sub and being played in a position that may not suit him. Personally I'd invest the next 6 games in him, he needs to be given a bigger chance to find form.
 
Absolute garbage today, ran around but produced nothing. It was only when Dembele, Beesley and Kouassi came on that our forwards looked a threat. The truth is our strikers, all of them, are piss poor.

If anyone came in for him for anywhere near the reported £1million we paid for him then sell him….. similar with Norburn. Claw any £ back & move on

Fair assessment. Wastes energy closing centre backs down. Never a threat when the ball is in the box. Beesley gets pelters on here but had two shots on target in 25 minutes.
 
He thrived in the energy and chaos of that Forest game but we simply don't play like that normally. He might done well wide left in Ollie's team.
