I know football is about opinions but that’s just wrongI thought he looked shit. Slow and outpaced by a Bolton defender. Wasn't expecting much though after being out for so long.
Have you ever said anything remotely positive in your whole lifeI thought he looked shit. Slow and outpaced by a Bolton defender. Wasn't expecting much though after being out for so long.
Not at about BlackpoolHave you ever said anything remotely positive in your whole life
His first game of the season after an injury, give him a break, he looked like he had potential. He wasn't very good. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought that. As an attacking force though, no one was. Maybe Dembele but it was like the one man show at times. He can't do it all.
It was his first game back.I thought he looked shit. Slow and outpaced by a Bolton defender. Wasn't expecting much though after being out for so long.
I thought he actually played a couple of decent passes . so I agree with you on that.I know football is about opinions but that’s just wrong
You Re a lovely human being you are.Talk about give a lad a chanceI thought he looked shit. Slow and outpaced by a Bolton defender. Wasn't expecting much though after being out for so long.
No it’s not he 100 percent got outpaced by a Bolton defender.I know football is about opinions but that’s just wrong

where you heard that PO? it will be our luck.He should get some minutes on Tuesday, especially if Lavery got a hammy as rumours have it. :(
People were mentioning Lavery out with a hammy injury just before kick off. If true my first thought was- was it the plastic pitch at Bromley?where you heard that PO? it will be our luck.
tbh thought we missed Lavery today, his pace and tenacity may have caused Bolton a few problems…
Maybe get a kit on yourself next weekI thought he looked shit. Slow and outpaced by a Bolton defender. Wasn't expecting much though after being out for so long.
Won't do any worse!Maybe get a kit on yourself next week
Really?Won't do any worse!
You said he was shit That’s hardly constructive as well as being wrongCan't even share an opinion without being labelled negative. I'm sure people are saying he looked good just because he's been out for so long.
He barely touched the ball and Northstand is correct; he did look quite slow.
As I said in opening post, it still understandable though as first game back which people conveniently ignore.
I beg to differ but it would be funny watching you tryWon't do any worse!
You think everyone looks shit.I thought he looked shit. Slow and outpaced by a Bolton defender. Wasn't expecting much though after being out for so long.
He’s now doubled down by saying he could do better. You said he was shit That’s hardly constructive as well as being wrong
He wasn’t outpaced in reality… It’s just the typical exaggerated nonsense that folk spout after a disappointing result. There was one incident where he tried to get around the outside of their defender … He wasn’t outpaced, just started behind and unable to outpace the other lad to get to the ball.I though he played a few nice little passes, can't even remember the outpaced bit tbh.
He's only just come back.
We've got some issues up top for me.
When we play with Rhodes the pressing isn't as fast obviously.
We need Lavery and maybe Joseph for that, but then we lack presence.
Rhodes and Kouassi can combine but aren't fast so the closing down there isn't the best.
Today we we're lacking in the final 3rd.
Happy to give him a chance but he 100 percent got outpaced by a Bolton defender when he came on.He wasn’t outpaced in reality… It’s just the typical exaggerated nonsense that folk spout after a disappointing result. From the bits I saw of him he looked lively, was constantly showing and looking for the ball etc.. Just happy to see him feature to be honest and hopefully we’ll see more of him from now on.
Without Kouassi up front today the ball didn't stick, so Rhodes became isolated. However without Dembele we would have lacked someone who can go past a man - not that he achieved that much this time round. Realistically I think we can't afford both Dembele and Carey unless Dougall and Norburn are right at the top of their game. Carey is too lightweight in the tackle at the moment to justify a midfield place. He is improving a bit though - slowly.I though he played a few nice little passes, can't even remember the outpaced bit tbh.

Playing 4-3-3 would help not this awful defensive system Critchley keeps tryingI though he played a few nice little passes, can't even remember the outpaced bit tbh.

What would your team be in that formation?Playing 4-3-3 would help not this awful defensive system Critchley keeps trying
I agree it was a positive. Not sure how people turned it into a negative.Looking for positives thought he looked sharp

Surely against the lesser sides we came afford to attack more with both?Without Kouassi up front today the ball didn't stick, so Rhodes became isolated. Last thing - I really dislike us with five at the back. It's one centre half too many and breeds confusion as to who stays and who goes out to cover. It also sell us short on players with passing skills who can get attacks going. We look clunky and disjointed too much.
