Josh - you are allowed to pass the ball

I don’t think that he will ever improve. He is what he is. QPR and Everton tried to improve him but failed. They both moved him on. I don’t expect a different outcome at Pool………sadly.

People will be saying he doesn’t win any headers next…

Bowler is always a threat, he might lose the ball sometimes but that’s because he’s always trying to make something happen offensively.

Granted, he does need to get his head up more, he’s been bollocked by Anderson a few times this season that I’ve seen so hopefully he’ll start doing it.

Opposition teams are now very wary of his threat, I sometimes wonder what our fans expect. He’s a step-up from CJ Hamilton and that’s what we always have to do, improve players in positions.

The commentary on Hull radio said they didn't recognise the player they were seeing compared to what they had so clearly he has responded to different coaching suggesting he can improve

QPR sold him for a lot of money. Everton routinely fritter talent away.

He was actually setting up chances prior to his Fulham goal. He just needs to get out of superhero mode.

Something to remember with Bowler is the fact that in effect his deal runs out at the end of this season. Yes there is an option of another year but for all intent and purposes he doesn’t have a club on 1st July next year.

At times he looks frighteningly good, others you’re tearing your hair out at his decisions in and around the box.

For my money he’s busting a gut in every performance, which is often the ideal thing. I just get the feeling he’s half a mind on his stats and contribution to the team, goals get him more money and a longer deal either here or elsewhere come the end of the season, assists won’t have the same effect for him. All that busting isn’t solely devoted to the team, which is often born out in his final third decisions.

Not a critique of him, as he’s a luxury we can currently afford.

He is a player who gets fans out of their seats and we could only have dreamt of having him and Lavery last season.

All the team are working hard (even the loan players) and the manager is getting plenty out of them. We just need to keep upgrading as we go and we can really go places. A great time to be a Blackpool fan and hopefully we can get some of our lost generation of fans back and behind the team.
He certainly does get fans out of their seats I'm confident Critch will be working with him to improve his decision making. For me he is one of the most exciting prospects I've seen since Wes possibly?
