Junior Seasiders Memberships

Thought I would grab one of these for my grandson however when in the club app shop and I add it to my basket it asks me to assign it to someone.
My grandson hasn't a membership number with the club, I have tried to assign it to myself but it tells me I'm outside the age range for it
Has anyone bought one of these online, if they have could you kindly point t out what I'm not doing right.

Have to assign it. Just set up the little one with an account. Link it to yours.
Handy for a season ticket later down the line

Got ours the day it was advertised ( over the phone ) and was told that the welcome gift pack , ( which was a junior seasiders hat and scarf last season so I’m assuming the same again ) aren’t in stock yet, but will be posted once stock arrives.
