Terrible performance again, totally lacking any spark, creativity, determination or tactical nous. I've been in the 'give him time' camp, but I honestly can't see how Grayson turns this around. We don't have even a flicker of hope that we are building something more entertaining or creative.

The main thing that worries me is that we yet again failed to come up with a way to beat a typical league one team. Most teams in this division will spoil and try to break up play and hope to hit you on the break or with a set piece and we don't know how to cope with it.

Gnanduillet's goal was very well taken, and he showed some decent touches in the first half, as did Dewsbury-Hall. The second half was a disaster. We were second to every ball and carved open at ease for their first goal. Heneghan's form is very worrying and Turton yet again failed to produce anything like a decent performance. The defending for their second and third goals was absolutely shambolic.

I haven't got a clue who would replace him, but it appears Grayson is on borrowed time.

And we finished 10th last season don't think we will do it this season, we'll be lucky to finish above where we are now.

The referee was officious and made some strange decisions, but he was odd for both sides.

I'm convinced Larry was content to grind out a 1-0 win, but the players didn't know how to do it, and the Gills management out-manoeuvred him. We must expect more of this in future games. 😞

I dont know we pushed forward and they hit a simple ball over the back line and we crumbled.

If he wanted us to sit back surely wed be sat back.

I think the reality is confidence is low and players aren't that motivated and hes not getting the best from them in any of these ways.

His messages aren't getting across.
