We didnt let him go, his contract ran down and he fucked offletting keshi go was a mistake in my opinion.
but the tactics critchley is using i think would render him a bit useless as well at the moment.
our attacking mids are all either stuck out on the wing or too deep. when we get the ball out on the wing theres at least two of our own players often three because the left and right centre halves are playing as full backs when we have the ball. then there is a plethora of opposition players closing down. any functionality of the wing backs to act as wide attacking players is nullified. Critchley needs to simplify things and be a LOT more flexible because otherwise we are heading to another disaster.
It’s not a mistake.letting keshi go was a mistake in my opinion.

Letting it get to that point was on the club. It’s not a mistake.
He got offered a deal by a championship club, he was always going to take it.
That’s not on the club
His injury record was awful. No one would’ve bought him for a few. If the club would’ve given him a new deal they would’ve been criticised for keeping an injury prone player on the books.Letting it get to that point was on the club.
