Keshi

letting keshi go was a mistake in my opinion.

but the tactics critchley is using i think would render him a bit useless as well at the moment.

our attacking mids are all either stuck out on the wing or too deep. when we get the ball out on the wing theres at least two of our own players often three because the left and right centre halves are playing as full backs when we have the ball. then there is a plethora of opposition players closing down. any functionality of the wing backs to act as wide attacking players is nullified. Critchley needs to simplify things and be a LOT more flexible because otherwise we are heading to another disaster.

Birmingham made an electric start and, on another day, could have been two or three up as summer signings Keshi Anderson and Koji Miyoshi caused mayhem down the left.

It’s not a mistake.

He got offered a deal by a championship club, he was always going to take it.

That’s not on the club

I watched a bit of Birmingham v Plymouth and Keshi was man of the match, had 3 runs where he went past 3-4 players and set up the first goal. Birmingham fans are raving about him, saying they can't believe they got him for free.

We didn’t let him go he left, how could we possibly of expected him to sign a new contract after we paid his wages for two seasons while being injured? He did the right thing for himself as always, lovely bloke 🧡
