I just wonder what you think he should be investigated for?

And given the higher burden of proof required in a criminal court, what's the chances of being found guilty?
 
I would guess it was known about from top to bottom of the organisation - it was probably considered to be fair game. It's a shame the damages are not higher, Morgan telling lies should be no surprise - he made a career out of printing them.

Perjury, for starters, Leveson Enquiry.

Publication of illegally obtained private information

I think MGN not defending his actions has left him a mountain to climb if action was taken.

However, I am not holding my breath, because he is a very connected part of the establishment, and, as we have seen with so many cases recently, the law is only for the little people.

The judge said scobie was a credible witness. Didn’t he swear on his mothers life that no Royal names were in the book transcript given to Dutch translator whoops 😟
