Kouassi

I was a bit concerned by the managers comments at full time. Kept talking about the fact he's only 20 and needs time and development.
The best development you can give a player is on the pitch and I hope he won't hold him back because of that.
Critch has experience in this area so he knows what he's talking about.
Liverpool were light weight.
Our concern is the physical teams in the league.

Kouassi is 18 years old and a development player. If he is the answer above Lavery then something has gone wrong.
Like Michael Owen World Cup 98’ what did he achieve eh! Kouassi is 20, if your good enough you are old enough. Can see Critch sensibly easing him in though.

A lot of it is physicality at that age, the fact he's built like a terminator means he is advanced over most players of his age, he has some great ball skills too. I hope we see him, Rhodes and Dembele in the starting XI on Saturday
Those are 3 top half Championship level players, playing in Lg1.
How many points we get his season will be in direct correlation to when all 3 start a match.

Why the use the quality of a target man to have a go at Carey?

It's fair enough to say "I'd rather Kylian than Lavs" as they play the same position but to chuck in Carey in the mix as if he's somehow stopping Kylian playing is weird.

Careys completion is Weir and Virtue. Virtue is injured and Weir has been a mixed bag. Carey has both the most shots per 90 (and on target per 90) of the midfielders and best passing accuracy of all of our players if anyone is wondering 'what he offers'

The Penny will drop for Sonny sooner rather than later, turn and shot tother day was class, needs one or two of them going in and he could tear this league up. Weir will come good too though he’s got skills

Unfortunately he has found himself in the 'Whipping Boy' category since CJ became a superstar and made them all eat their words 👍

98% of fans on here wouldn’t of had CJ anywhere near the club never mind the pitch this season and he’s arguably been our best player, Critch knows what he’s doing, his record with us promotion and kept us up without a murmur in two full seasons, we were tactically fcucked last season and ended it the worst team in the league, expecting to turn that into immediate league winning form is wishful thinking.

What a great goal it was too, my new favourite player!
It was, with a couple of bits of luck

I really hope this fibd cones good but at 20, it has to be one step at a time

Let’s smash Stevenage and if gets a look in then be all good - he has a long way to go but we don’t see him train every week and I am more fearful about who might go in January Tegan who comes in - Rhodes for one needs to stay
