Lacking fitness.

I didnt think Coventry were all that great but certainly deserved the win.
No matter where we end up this season we need to improve the basics. We look way behind others when it comes to general fitness, strength and conditioning . We look tired and lethargic on the ball and any team on the break can destroy us by pace alone. Probably contributed to injures and red cards as the frustration builds up.
Still in with a shout of survival but it's a hell of an ask , on a positive note the nobbers are renowned to be poor after an international break.....

I'm not sure it's a fitness issue, more a speed of thought issue.

Yesterday it looked like men against boys, we have been on about all season we needed a strong midfield enforcer, instead we have 2 little kids in Carey & Patino , that are just blown away.

What worries me is that Wigan drew with Coventry a few days before playing us. Think they have a better chance of staying up than us. It was men against boys with us and Coventry
