you could do a lot worse than follow jimmy moffatt and dianne sayer, both local trainers. city vaults for JM in the first race has a great chance.

keep an eye on the irish raiders too - john mcconnell and noel kelly have brought a few over i see and both have decent strike rates at cartmel. so too do peter bowen, jonjo o'neill (only one runner today, the fav in the last race stands out) and ben haslam (hazi's tip is with him) at the course.

whatever happens, have a great day out at what is one of my very favourite spots.
 
three winners for moffatt (two at big prices), one each for bowen and mcconnell. pity i didn't back any of 'em. not our day today, clearly. 😐
