Never wanted him. I want him even less after this complete shambles of a season. He’s about as exciting as Charles Hawtrey in a nudist colony.

It's not that I particularly wanted him as manager, he's our manager and I'll support him until he's not. He's not as bad as some say but also not as good as he or SS thinks or hoped.

But we're probably not going anywhere this season, so unless there is a new man who they want to bed in then there's still a chance we can do something, may as well give him the season or until its mathematically certain where we are or aren't going to finish.

It's not all on him though, you can only do so much with some limited players, but without a doubt you can get more out of what we do have.

I wonder if last time around Critchley was given no choice about Calderwood & McCall being brought in ? This time Critchley has stuck up for himself & said no to additional help ? If so that must be nail in the coffin.
As much as Critchley is beheld as a great coach with so many badges that doesn’t make one a great (or even good) manager.

Get rid & bring a whole new staff in …. Or bring in a football manager & sideline Critchley to what he does best (apparently) & coach ?
