Lavery’s work ethic is fantastic. He’s not bothered about the size or physicality of his opponents. As other have said he wins headers against defenders much taller. That’s down to desire.

Millwall fans are saying he was a little terrier to play against and likening him to David Speedie. I hope he's on a decent contract because we've got a little gem there. The injury against Rovers really disrupted his season but if he carries on in this vein of form we will have a 10 million pound player on our hands.
