Lee Johnson

As long as they don’t come sniffing around our Mr Critchley I couldn’t give two hoots !

They will probably go for someone left field
Jermaine Defoe perhaps?
Does anyone ambitious really want it? It's set up for failure, promotion isn't seen as an achievement and the fans have to be the biggest bunch of entitled fantasists around.

Maybe an ambitious fantasist with a sense of entitlement? Few knocking about! 🤣

In the same way Evo was tempted by Bolton, an ambitious manager will hope he could be the one to turn them around

They really are deluded -“ We are in the top 10 biggest clubs in the country ffs of course he would”

Lee Johnson and Sunderland never looked a good match but it is a great opportunity for someone to go in there and get some momentum going.

Hahahahahahaha as if they even think he’d go to them.

You literally cannot be a top 10 club if you’re in League One. Impossible. ** delusion bunch of idiots the lot of them. Let’s hope they stay down there.

He'd only go there if he wanted his own tv series.

Reading that thread is comedy gold. I particularly like the comment "this is probably as good as it gets for Blackpool." There's even one poster who puts "no thanks" 🤣 As if they could do better.

At least some of them recognise the reality. They will never attract a top manager while they keep sacking them at the drop of a hat even when they're doing a good job. Johnson was their fourth permanent manager in four years, had the club in a good position despite Saturday's result, and had a 51% win ratio. They aren't even in particularly bad form generally. Total car crash of a football club, Critchley wouldn't go anywhere near it and neither would any other self respecting coach who wanted to be in a job in twelve months' time.
