To play the system he wants you have to be sharp and quick, we just aren't, we were really ponderous on Saturday and we just aren't skilful enough to play the ball out from the back and feed the midfielders as they play so narrow so we end up hoofing it up where there is no support for the strikers and the defenders have the advantage.
