LEYTON ORIENT PREVIEW | NEIL CRITCHLEY

What Critch says makes perfect sense. He's a decent manager at this level as will be shown by next May. It's a marathon not a sprint and as he said bearing in mind how little possession we had last season, this season will take a different mind set.

Just want the possesion to be in the latter half / final third of the pitch , not this heart stopping tippy-tappy $**t along the back !

Least 2nd half when casey got it he was pushing right up.. that's what we want not back pass sidewards pass.

At home against a team who ain't won.... we need to go for it from the off.... no ifs or buts

Just keep telling yourself that and you may start to believe it.

I just wish he'd say it in a more straightforward way.

"Look, I know it wasn't thrilling and we'll improve but we're building from the back and I'm pleased we're solid. The attacking fluidity will grow and I hope to see more on Saturday. A good attacking side needs the confidence in what's behind it too"

Done and I didn't even say 'the group' once.

Would agree with that @td53 - he surely can't have been that happy on Tuesday and so be honest about it.
