It would be nice to see a reporter actually ask probing questions like that instead of pussyfooting round and getting the usual cliches for answers
 
I think performances and results will now go from bad to worse. The players, physically and mentally weak, will think there's nothing left to play for. Critchley is a disgrace to his profession and should be sacked. Simple Simon, however, thinks differently...Fool.
 
You've got to expect to concede at least one goal away from home. How many shots did we have? How many goals did we score in reply?

After smashing Bolton, there was that glimmer of hope that we could really push on and then we go and serve up that shit.

Said I would take 4 points from Orient and Shrewsbury. Anything less than a win on Saturday then it’s probably game over for us this season.

It’s 2 steps forward then 5 steps back 🤬
 
What do we expect when he plays his favourites - CJ and Callum - we rarely win away when these two play!

No plan, no tactics, no shots, no passion, no points (again)……just unbelievable!

Just play the same eleven that played the second half at the weekend!

How the hell is this team going to win at Shrewsbury?
 
Safe journey home to those who endured Critchball at its finest. I didn’t go tonight after witnessing what I thought was our worst ever display at Cheltenham.
Bolton game doesn’t seem like a big deal now Wigan are looking likely to take 3 pts from them too.
 
It’s simple really, we give them time on the ball and they pass it through us, they give us no time on the ball and it’s like a hot potato booted anywhere.
Exactly the same as last week against Peterborough and most away matches.
Because we are not skilled enough to keep possession, we end up hoofing it skywards up the pitch, quite often to 5’6” Dembele!
Oh well!

I prefer “Boring Boring Blackpool” as a song it’s more apt with this lot, and ‘style’ of play (which I use lightly as I have no idea apart from hoofball what exactly the style is).
 
Even if by some miracle we made it into the playoffs, there is no way in a million years we would win. We just don’t have the consistency, skill or nerve to win over two games and then a final. I’ve accepted another season in league one now. Happy to eat my words but I’d bet everything I own against us. Can't understand why Critchley is trying to force us to become Bayer Leverkusen, we are not Bayer Leverkusen. Work with the squad you have in front of you instead of chasing the current football trend.
 
Shrewsbury were one of the poorest sides I've seen at Bloomfield road this season..the other one Carlisle. I still wouldn't fancy us to beat them at their place on Saturday. Critchley's had long enough now to improve the away performances and has failed miserably. Don't think thinks will change next season..I don't think they will with this manager and most of our contracted players.

The passing stats are Pool 234/392 (60%) Orient 220/362 (61%)
 
The manager had a bad one tonight. Team selection and subs were poor. I can’t get my head around the thought process.

The players shouldn’t get let off though, there was some really sloppy play and woeful decision making.

I wouldn't waste my money on backing us for an away win against anyone in this division on our current away form.
 
It was mentioned in commentary but later on in the 2nd half there were no spare balls down the far side of the ground, It was a good piece of Wellens sh1thousery but they should be fined for this.
 
You would have thought after Saturday the players/coaching staff would have been buzzing.
Win and great chance to get into the playoffs.
Instead we looked tired and played with no confidence at all.
Really looked like they had no belief whatsoever.
Baffling.

Once Orient are leading they are happy to see our lot pass it around in our own half, when they had to they passed with more attacking intent than us tonight.
They weren't great but they didn't have to be.
