Liam Feeney on his way out?

I doubt it. He worked a bit of space and crossed it from the right. That's it. He did it really well but Critchley wants forward players with more to their game. He probably wanted better than Delfouneso as well and he probably has it now.
Sorry, I meant ND had more attempts than LF.
Feeney, whilst limited, undoubtedly delivered what he was asked to do last season.
Delfouneso didn't really ever seem to do much.

You have to remember that with the season ending he was denied his chance to get a few laps of claps in, and that’s usually about 75% of his season contribution.

Not sure why Delf is being knocked ahead of the next season. He's a forward who can play anywhere across the front 3, he works hard and he has a footballing brain - it's fair to say he hasn't suited the last couple of mangers playing styles but I actually think he could be very useful come next season. The only time he's been in a Blackpool shirt playing attacking football was under Holloway and he was pretty useful back then.

What’s interesting about this is, are the old guard from last season - Spearing, Gnando, Feeney etc who have effectively guided the club through a difficult 12 months felt unloved by the new boss and decided to cut their losses or have they been told by Critchley that their opportunities will be limited?

Given his form (particularly his sheer number of assists) he'll get offers in League 1 and League 2 - particularly from clubs playing with target men. I cant' see us demanding a fee for him so it will be down to clubs like Salford or Mansfield who won't mind paying comparatively higher wages and will likely offer him a 2 year deal too.

I think we could definitely demand a fee, seeing as he was the leagues top assists last season.

Even if it’s just £150k, might buy us someone decent or contribute towards the new training ground etc.

Looking at the data from last season on Feeney vs Delfouneso:
