He's not been in the best form recently but on his day he's the biggest hitter in the game, one of the worlds best fielders and bowls a decent standard of spin. Deserves the pay day.
 
He`s certainly got talent but he`s inconsistent and did not go down well with the Lancs team when he was captain a couple or three years back hence they replaced him.

I see in his first game in the PSL three days ago he scored 24 and bowled 4 overs 0 for 34.

He's woth every penny in the IPL.

He's currently playing in the PSL (Pakistan Super League) and is coming back into form nicely. He's also worth the money as his bowling is exceptional,, taking wickets for fun and he's also one of the best fielders in the world.

Good on him. He's box office in T20 and worth every penny.

People slag off T20 yet comment on it knowing next to fook all about it.

He is box office - as has forever been the case if you sell tickets (or get people in front of the TV) you’ll be a top earner. See also Botham, Stokes, Flintoff
 
Can't help but be happy for the guy, clearly spent a lot of time working on his game, used to try and knock the leather off the ball.
