It really is. It's like the whole website is designed by someone who is paid by the number of clicks you make as opposed to making it easy to get to where you want or buy what you want.

You're right. The train companies need to make a decent offer, not trash the terms and conditions of their employees and not threaten passenger safety by removing guards from trains.
Simple really if your main focus isn't just maximising shareholder profits and management bonuses!
