Lincoln fans and football club seem to have everything we don't at the moment.
They sacked Mark Kennedy and they recruited Leeds academy manager Michael Skubala , apparently a great tactician. He plays a 3-5-2 that can transform into 4-4-2.
The Lincoln fans are raving how he has transformed players that have been there several years into world beaters.
They have a left sided C-H who looks like he is going to be a world beater.
We should be taking a look, but then again although I would love Dobbie to get his chance, Skubala looks like he's got them playing how we all would love to see our team play and if they failed to get promoted we should be interested.

Might have helped that they got Luton's Joe Taylor in Jan( 9 in 14) after banging in 11 in 25 for Colchester!
They thought they had Joe for the season so fans are fuming that he went to Lincoln,no suprise there season has went off a cliff when he left.

They looked really low on energy in that game. Like it wasn't for the want of trying but they had injury and illness in the squad and it had just got a bit too much. So it shows how things can change, and when you're really proactive in a transfer window to support your manager within your budget. And when the manager knows what he's doing and gives his players absolute clarity when they take to the pitch. No wasted motion. But this is some run they're on now to come from so far back. Their confidence must be off the scale.

Maybe they go on and secure a play off place with games to spare and then lose some momentum that they can't get back. But right now you'd give Carlisle a medal just for being able to get a consolation in against them the other day with how they are currently.
 
Can't say they were particularly impressive against us but I think if they set up to consistently be on the front foot they will score goals and they have - for fun. Attacking players given some freedom to do what they do, unlike us where our attacking players always seem conscious of breaking defensive shape even as we attack.
