Link client ref number question

I’ve created an account on the new platform and verified my account. The only snag is linking my client reference number. The guidance says to go back to the link client ref number tab but I can’t see it anywhere. Am I missing something?

Yes, when you go on to the Blackpool site and click top right on your account bit it says manage account.

Click that, it opens up a new screen.

It shows profile and change email options on my phone, may be more on a computer, but you can scroll them along, there's an arrow next to change email, the option for the client ref link is there.

If its like mine you don't put the zeros in at the start when putting the client ref in, but it depends what your number is.

JJ, thanks but the issue is when select manage account it says redirecting to partner platform and hangs there. It’s taken me the best part of 2 weeks to get to this point and I thought I’d cracked it. I’ll call the club tomorrow to sort.

Yeah it says if you get that error message to put the client number in, but if you can’t get there then the club will have to sort.
