List of local players made pro / semi pro required

Local grass routes league are trying to put a list of names of local players who have played from Northern Conference level and above.

I was asked to put a thread up here to see how many AVFTT could come up with.

In local I mean schooled and played locally - they needn't have been born in Blackpool.

Lets see how many we get.

I'll stick 5 up to get the ball rolling. I'm sure the AVFTT community know ruddy loads. Quote my list to add new ones on.

When you say "Northern Conference level" do you mean the National League or the National League North (which used to be called the Conference North)?

Current Fylde player Kurt Willoughby. Was at AFC Blackpool, Clitheroe and FC United previously

Matt Cassidy, played professionally in Cyprus if that counts!
