Little Blackpool mentality from the top down

Boils my piss. We never had a chance from the offset with some of the language from the top. They then bring in a manager in Appleton who starts coming out with the same shite.

There are plenty of similar sized clubs to us in this division. Plenty of them! Smaller clubs like Luton flourish because they BELIEVE that they belong at this level.

Small time thinking from the owner and his board has been a big factor in this absolute shambles of a season.

As others have said. If you want to be a championship club then you better act like one.

Mansford should be first out the door. Then Mr Sadler you need to decide if you have the same ambition for this club as the fans. If not then sell up and take your mate Brett with you.

Agreed, it’s the same reason we don’t get any decisions even at Bloomfield Rd. no referee is afraid to give decisions against little Blackpool

If I never see Mansford again it won't be too soon.

We dug our own grave to an extent and it was bizarre since coming out with that stuff does nothing to help us, even if it's true to an extent financially and infrastructurally (not a word but who cares).

I think they had a crisis of confidence (Mansford and SS primary) after Critchley left and wanted to temper expectations realising they were outmatched financially and now without a plan.

I agree Mansford should go and the boards attitude should change, it's all very defensive and there's no reason for it.

Lets face it, we tried to do survival on the cheap and it has bitten us on the arse big time. Luton paid 2M for Morris, you get what you pay for, we tossed about not signing Brannagan and Bishop and have a trio of crocks in Stewart, Bridcutt and Trybull. Sensible investment and the appointment of a half decent manager would have seen us stay in the Championship.
