Liverpool player for PNE not us ?

Might depend on a few factors, likelyhood of game time etc. So wouldn't be certain. But as above unfortunate fact is they can offer higher standard then us this year. However I don't presume we're after him because deepdale digest says so! 🙂
 
Would love us to sneak him and make an offer he can't refuse. Why be involved in a relegation battle when you can go for a promotion season.
 
Players go on loan to play. And he's more likely to get minutes in L1 than the cship. If he's in demand in the cship he's going to a better team than Preston.

That's a huge assumption of Liverpools thinking on NC. There no previous evidence of their faith.
 
This (attracting players) and the loss of TV money is where the relegation hits us hard. There really is a massive gulf financially between the championship and L1 for teams of ours and PKE’s size. One of the reasons I don’t buy into the positive spins people try to put on relegation. Imperative that we bounce straight back.

The first team was tokenism. Wasn't Klopp and his asst away for something and these were low priority games? Akin to giving a 17yo 10 mins at the end of the last game of the season.

Yes they did employ him for years. That however doesn't tell us everything. I'll say no more.

Last one was we asked Lowes new assistant, to pay his housing costs when he wanted to join our academy.....so he joined Accrington........🤣

They just know that some of the gimps on this site will have a flipping heart attack and have a go......without even thinking it's a wind up.

But, If you read anything about this lad, PNE are actually going to be paying some serious money for a 20 year old kid who's done fuck all.
Why would Liverpool lose out on money for a lad who's only ever had 1 substitute start .....It's not like he's going to do anything amazing?

Anyway, after their last friendly against Ipswich, the Knobbers will be sacking Lowe by October when they are in the bottom 3.

I think a reality check is in order. Pool had a shedload of kids like that last season and got relegated. League One demands Neanderthal defenders and midfield players (A couple up front wouldn’t go amiss). Most of the posts I’ve read suggest that Madine and Stewart would be stealing a wage if NC signed them. They are precisely what is needed ( if fit ) in this League, not wet behind the ears whiz kids. Matty Virtue may just find that his time has come: tough tackling box to box, with a goal in him.

It was on Sky Sports saying PNE paid an 'undisclosed' fee.....maybe you were embarrassed, just in case HMRC saw it?

How much is a untested Championship striker worth?..... £2m......?
If Liverpool thought he had a future, it would have been a loan deal....like Cameron Archer when Villa sent him to Middlesborough to improve

And for your lot to pay a fee...when you have no money available
Maybe Hemmings Jr is happy adding a few more millions to the £15m he needs to pay to make that dramatic push for mid table again this season.
Or maybe he's trying to put you in the shop window before he stops funding the club in the 24/25 season.....🤔

They've just paid 7 figures for a Danish lad who apparently looks like he's never kicked a ball in his life.

I read the comments for the Ipswich match and 90% of knobbers were saying they are in a relegation fight, slagging off the team & calling Lowe
Then they win against Aberdeen.....and then they are going up as Champions......Still think Lowe is shit though!!!!

He looks half decent for a dwarf, but he cant sign a full contract until October and it appears the sports papers are saying there are 3 or 4 other offers from decent clubs who are in for him, could even go abroad.....If he does stay, Lowe will kill any chance of him becoming a footballer......... 🤣

I don’t know what you have been reading but not one North End fan has posted that. The only place I’ve read about a team going up as champions is on here when reference has been made about ‘Pool’s season. Dream on 😏
