Local Builder Required - Porch

Good afternoon fellow seasiders,

Thank you for all shed recommendations on an earlier thread. This is being installed tomorrow. I can't wait to relocate the garden tools, mower, etc. from the house.

Now to the problem ... I had a recommendation in May for a builder to erect a brick porch on my house. Long story short, they arrived and never quoted, I chased and I'm now fed up waiting. It's something preferably to be done in summer/autumn.

Any recommendations are most welcome.

Five builders have let me down in the last month,spoke on the phone sent them plans for extension confirmed back then never get back in touch my wife is pulling her hair out.
Another company just sent me a price without seeing the job how does that work out I could want the walls made out of Gold!

Good luck and I might be pinching some of the numbers posted.😁
