Lock down my arse!

Don’t know what you are on about ...make it clear to me if you want or don’t bother
Posted by Mex-I think I remember you lecturing the rest of us about how we should all stay indoors (indoors obviously included the garden) and if we didn’t then we were selfish “lady parts” risking the health of everyone around us.

In response to Wizzerboy . 👍

To put into context

In the UK, they calculate that those under the age of 65 have faced the same risk over the past few months from coronavirus as they would have faced from driving 185 miles a day - the equivalent of commuting from Swindon to London.
SWINDON!!!! I didn't realise things were so bad lol

I think you just need to decide whether you’re going to support your PM. And his decision re relaxing the lockdown.

Tum ti tum.
I don’t think we will see many relaxations to be honest. Just opening up small business with adherence to social distancing like other businesses do now, and a few less restrictions on outdoor activites and transport. The family and friends bubble appeals to me for my own personal reasons. Not sure if we’ll get that though.

Still no idea what you are on about....forget it as you appear incapable of being crystal clear......have a good night pal

At least he didn’t take his paternity leave before the child was born to go and play golf like my ex did 🥴🤣🤣
I’m sure you’re thinking you wouldn’t blame him 🤔
He was a labour voter though 😱

Just got from a walk with my dogs at Stanley Park, and amazing how many young people are not taking lockdown seriously. Groups of youngsters between 14 - 19 playing football , skateboarding, sunbathing without a care in the world. These covid 19 pricks can pick it up take it home and spread it to older family member. For fuck sake get a grip and wake up!

Some of us have never stopped working. Finished today at 4.00 and stepped outside just as it started raining. Typical.
I have 2 days off now, which is probably why I’m far less crabby tonight 😌 a lot of my colleagues are working the bank holiday tomorrow but for me it’s important to look after your own mental health and get rest breaks when you feel you need them.
Nobody benefits if you don’t, including your employer.
Working too much is my concern, but I’m well aware that not working comes with equally difficult, if not more difficult consequences.
Thats the thing, it’s hard on everyone,in different ways and we should try to respect those differences.
Bloody looking forward to 2days off though 🤗 has to be said:

Jack, agreed...all these moaning bastards picking on teenagers, people in their early twenties......yes they SHOULD be in as regards Govt advice but remember being a teenager or in your early twenties folks?......hormones raging, burning desire for the craic, Insanely attracted to the opposite sex, best part of the week being beers at the weekend with pals etc etc........and you lot are going ballistic at a few wanting to see each other in the open air and not be locked in the house when it’s sunny outside ...it’s easy if you’re middle aged and your youth is long since over...not as easy for them.
And....it ain’t your ** concern unless you are gonna do something about it....ring the Police (if you are a grass) or approach them and challenge them yourselves otherwise it’s just impotent whining....that’s my opinion
Wow Scary 😂😂😂😂😂

Good to see people defying this authoritarian “lock down” hopefully the government caves and we will be free to go about our daily lives without fear of state violence being inflicted on us.

Hold on!!

I think I remember you lecturing the rest of us about how we should all stay indoors (indoors obviously included the garden) and if we didn’t then we were selfish “lady parts” risking the health of everyone around us.

Suddenly though you are “Mr We Need to Follow my Example and get back to Work”!!!!

Save the Economy!!!!

Well it’s all very confusing I must say.
How wrong, it's not follow my example and get back to work, that is unless you also have the corperate gun being held to your head if you can't work from home!
I'm still following government guidelines but many I see are not.
Poolseasider and Mex have probably been resisters throughout all of this and have been looking for an excuse to restart football, open pubs and clubs and get back to "normal " life again from day one.

Try and dig me out as many times as you want but I still feel that you should stay home !

Completely laughable. Sat in watching your TV box sets is state violence being inflicted?
In all seriousness, there is nothing stopping you going outside right now. Just be considerate when you do.

Hardly martial law, is it.

There are too many tosspots around who think the lockdown rules shouldn't apply to them.
These idiots caused a full scale emergency.

Don't bother giving them £60 on the spot fines.
Charge them for the costs of their rescue.
Anyone know the hourly rate for a helicopter?

I can’t do normal stuff without the police coming and arresting me, that’s a state violence

While it sucks there is still loads of fkin 'normal stuff' you can do. Its not like you are held hostage & chained to a radiator.
State violence would actually be them sending heavies round & beating the crap out of you for not respecting the safety measures put in place.

I see one guy on a night out in South Korea has infected at least 15 people. Is that the normal stuff you want to be doing?
