Heard a story that Grimmy told Appleton to fuck off, (don’t know why) but obviously then got dropped the game after. So yeah if true he won’t be getting back in the team anytime soon. Obviously a better keeper than Maxwell and whatever has happened Blackpool FC are losing out

Could just be something simple, like sitting on the bench watching someone between the sticks flapping like a three day old chick. And low and behold, he plays again, and again, and again. Never mind the shirt is his to lose, Appleton said so.
How is the manager to blame if Poveda can't be bothered turning up to training? If it's true, I'm pleased he's being punished.

Is it that he can’t be bothered to turn up to training or he doesn’t want to turn up for a weapon that can’t and won’t get the best out of him. A coach is there to do exactly that. Coach the best in someone.
He's bound to be frustrated, I don't want to see Maxwell in goal either but you can't start undermining the manager in public, especially in a time of need like this.

To me it shows Grimshaw isn’t a mercenary like some who just wants to draw a wage. He obviously wants to play and is frustrated as I posted above.
Lets hope they can clear the air over the next few weeks, we need a united dressing room if we're going to stay up.

That’s one thing that seems to have evaporated since last season. I don’t know if Critchley engendered a good atmosphere or Appleton has destroyed it. But something has definitely changed.

The Poveda situation is a worry, we forget but he actually has a bit of pedigree, Leeds fans rate him, Rovers fans rated him before he got injured, he must be costing us a fair bit. He is exactly the type of player that you could see contributing goals and assists in this league.

Seems fairly straightforward, he's a bellend and the manager won't tolerate it. Send him back in Jan and replace him with someone else.

Could well be, just a shame we are wasting a good chunk of our budget and players ARE bellends and as a manager ideally you can bring them into the fold.
The difference may well be Poveda basically having "fuck you" money and not having the motivation to prove himself, but we don't know unless someone tells us.

Grimmy deserved to be dropped when he was, and give Maxwell a chance. However that chance has been blown.
Neither keeper fills me with any confidence on corners, or crosses if I am honest,but generally both are good shot stoppers.
Moore needs to be played or released.
Poveda sounds like Billy Big Bollux, but not prepared to graft, get rid
