Vale fan here. One of your fans got left behind last night, he was outside a pub in Burslem when we saw him. He was fine but had no phone battery and no cash. We booked and paid for a taxi to Stoke station and mapped out his train back via Manchester. The last train to Manchester was delayed so theres a chance he may have missed the connection to Blackpool. He told us he had money on his card for the onward journey so hoping he either made it back last night or at least got a hotel in Manchester and travelled this morning instead. Didnt catch his name as we were rushing to get him Stoke station in time. He was sound when he left just a bit shaken about being left behind. Just want to know he got back ok if anyone potentially knows him. Lad with dark hair, seemed like mid/late 20s in a black Boss t shirt and black jacket.

Blackpool left behind on and off the pitch.

Unlike our joke club, Port Vale possess both a team and fans who merit success.

Shame Critch and his men weren't left.

That a really class thing to do
Thank you
However..
We are still concerned about the fate of the players in tangerine as they looked lost and bewildered 😆

this is where the true spirit of football shows. remember going way back to 1999 . arsenal away in the FA cup. trying to find the way back to the train station with a fifteen year old and this was a evening game. WE did make it basck to the oldest train in the history of trains but it could have gone t..s up. And this was because MANURE UTD were competing in some super cup. every fixture got pushed back.

Could have been. He had no plan b, he needed an assistant to achieve his goal...did he have a number 3 at the back?
Also, as there are rather alot of 'lost Pool fans' around these days, could whoever writes the subheaders to these threads maybe not have provided us with a few more relevant details?

All intended to pull you in given the curiosity.
