Dont know what Mick can give him hope he does give him something but Williams has no pace and has a turning circle of a tanker. He's ok when the ball is there to be challenged in front of him but to slow down the sides IMO. Hope I'm proved wrong.

i have wondered if it's just a confidence and coaching issue with williams. there's plenty of centre-halfs who are painfully slow but negate this through positioning, speed of thought and, yes, great coaching. mick himself wasn't quick but had a great career and looked the part internationally. will be interested to see what transpires.
