Nice gesture 👍🧡

Tangerine Y-Fronts told me yesterday of this awful news.
Lynda & John sat behind me in the North Stand (2005-2009) when my kids were young they loved her.
She was “passionate” John who was “inseparable” from her just let her “verbally fly” we had lots of banter during the matches.
My thoughts are with John and all Lynda’s close friends & family right now.
Of course I will make a donation.
Ashley 🧡

Terrible news and I had some happy times of the SAS bus including a long but memorable trip down to Yeovil some years ago. She kept us entertained with her laughter, fun and cheeky sense of humour, and introduced me to the Kaiser Chiefs who she played on the way down.

What a massive loss to John, her family and friends plus of course Blackpool football club.

Hi I am Lynda's daughter Sharon, I would just like to thankyou on behalf of myself John and my brother Neil for this kind gesture 🧡 it really is a fitting tribute for our beautiful mum and John's Lady Lynda

I have seen some people asking about mum's celebration of life so I thought I would put details here if that's OK so it can be passed on.

Lynda's family would like to inform everyone that her celebration of life will be held on

Friday 11th March, 1.15pm at Lytham Park crematorium.

We would like to then invite everyone to continue sharing memories with us all at

The Armfield club
7 Bloomfield Rd
Blackpool

As Lynda was a huge supporter of Blackpool and Liverpool we welcome anyone who wishes to wear their football tops.

For anyone not wearing football tops we just please ask no one to wear black attire as this is a celebration of Lynda's life be as bright as she was in life 🧡💛💚💙💜

Donations please to our 2 chosen charities

It will be an incredibly sad day for us all but we really want to try our best to celebrate the most wonderful lady in our lives we look forward to sharing memories with you

Love from us all xx

Just read this and I’m gutted!

Lynda worked for Benny at The Vic when I was his area manager over 20 years ago, she made my visits there a joy, I would always go in the kitchen to see her and talk football, we shared a love of Blackpool and Liverpool and spent lots of time sharing thoughts with her!
A beautiful lady who always said hello and had time for a chat whenever I’ve seen her since!

Condolences to John and her children, a great loss , RIP

Amidst all the sadness of the tragic loss of “Lovely Lynda” I will always remember her for always shouting “Sod Off” out load every time the opposition had a shot on goal against us.
My two lads thought she was “hilarious”.
RIP Lynda🧡🧡

This has truly brightened up my day ❤ she definitely said what was on her mind thanks for the memory xx

Just a quick update for everyone, the payment to the club has now gone through. This was delayed as they weren't sure of this seasons price until recently.

With the left over money a plaque and 2 Winmau match dartboards have been donated to Lynda's local the Victoria in St. Annes where she was Ladies darts captain for many years. I will drop those off later this week. Many thanks to all of you for making this happen.
