Lytham Festival line up.

Happy with Courteeners.

Heard a rumour Green Day are headlining another night. Probably bollocks.

Should get free tickets again because I'm such a popular member of the local community.

Never heard of them, but just watched a couple of videos on YouTube and they sound like a cross between Oasis and the Smiths.
Not my cup of tea with their simple chords and OTT Manc accents on vocals. But I am sure there will be plenty of younger people who like them,
as they will not find them so derivative. I can never understand anyone buying a 5-day ticket as I usually can only find one-night worth watching
and maybe another couple of nights bearable if someone else is paying.

SAW them live in about 1979. Norbreck Nite Spot. signed autographs after the show. great live. they had the place rocking. 2468 Motorway. WOW the place exploded.
Used to have some good bands on at Norbreck, saw Def Leppard there about the same time

One of the best nights was Gary Glitter.

If you want to guess a few more of the line up coming over here.
Have a look what's on at The Piece Hall in Halifax or The Scarborough 'open air' festival for 2024

My Money is on Busted, Fat Boy Slim & Crowded House...and one very big act to be announced

I think Green Day are gonna play Lytham on 3rd July. Take That for the Saturday night. Heard a whisper about Liam Gallagher too.
All rumours mind but the Green Day one looks pretty good!

James is an orchestral performance too apparently. One more headliner to be announced yet yes?

Lightening Seeds and Hozier aren’t too bad, or the Kooks, and who doesn’t love a bit of Rick Astley 🕺🏻

It's one of life's little mysteries how one person has made such a successful career from one shit song. Every credit.

Hozier - I googled him and that Take me to Church song is horrible.

Nowhere near as good as 2022, which was great, but better than last year. I wouldn’t travel to see any of it but it’s on my doorstep so I’ll go on Saturday and Sunday, will probably wait and get some cheap or free tickets. I’ve always fancied seeing Madness, should be fun, and James are always good. I’ve seen them many times over the years but not recently but will be different with an orchestra. Johnny Marr is decent too.
