Neil Whitworth gave the worst debut display I've ever seen, anywhere, by anyone. No wonder he couldn't win anyone over after that !
Wasn't he a loan from Man Ure ?

He was hooked at HT and never played again for us. I vividly recall him coming about 15yds from the edge of the box to meet a ball and it bouncing over him.
