well I turned just before Kick Off and saw anyone but players around the half way line....then within 30 seconds up came the IFollow message to say match off.
I must admit I have looked at today’s forecast over the last couple or so days for the Tangerine Riviera and thought this might be off ...and looking ahead even more so Saturday...
Gutted but then anyone,even at sunday league football will know,if it is a genuinely icy pitch even in a small area it is a dangerous playing surface and no doubt likely to get worse as the temperature drops even more and whether we like it or not the referee has to take that into consideration.
