If you have Amazon prime and haven't seen it, give it a watch. I knew Stan wanted that FA Cup medal more than anything, but didn't know really why until I just watched this doc. I have to admit that after hearing that his Dad's dying wish was for him to wim the FA cup, and then watching the pure joy in him after he helped win it brought a tear to my eye and put a lump in my throat. What a truly fantastic football player he was and anyone who saw him live should feel privileged to have done so as my Grandad did. Also, never knew about what he did with the young lads in South Africa. What a man. To be considered a legend at two grand old clubs such as Stoke and Blackpool is magnificent! The guy towards the end said "he will have had Blackpool colours running through him, but if you turned him upside down it will have said made at Stoke City." Very true. But he had great success here with winning the FA Cup and Balon d'or and evidently loves this town.
