Most enjoyable read as per usual. Did you pick up on a Chizzy/Brett double classic a little time after our equaliser?
Chizzy: looks like half a loaf each Brett, er, or it would have been when it was still 2 points for a win.

The Crewe Alex commentators said exactly the same yesterday in commentary that we couldn't keep up that style of play for 90 minutes. It'd be interesting to see how we would adapt if some of that early pressure lead to a couple of early goals in the first half - I wonder how well a Blackpool side 2-0 up after 20 mins would cope for the next 70 mins?

Hopefully one day we'll find out! We started really, really well but again, without getting players in the box or shots on goal.

A lot of what Critchley did between Ipswich and yesterday clearly worked and he clearly hasn't lost the squad or anything like that. I just didn't feel like we were going to score...

If we can play in that more solid way, hopefully confidence builds and we turn control into goal threat. If we do, then I think we'll be very dangerous on the counter. The problem is, we haven't had the chance to play it aside from the Swindon game.
