We are not good enough to go up, the coach has chosen a way to play his version of the game, he has the qualifications and certificates to address the game. Ive watched them for more than 60yrs . ''So what'' I here you say, I can only say its about entertainment, Peterborough for me are the best team in this league and deserve to go up based on there forward play etc. I look back and remember the good times at Bloomfield Road over the years the players we've had and the games we've won !. Yes its a different game now, but Critchleys squad selection this season has been short of Wingers and pace from midfield. We are so dependent on wingbacks nothing else comes into the equation, he has set us up with a squad of players that offers very little else. . I have to ask why ? Whats been on offer this season has been a result of some poor decisions and not enough money spent on the quality of player we have needed in certain positions. Simon Sadler has done a remarkable job and continues to take the club forward, this is greatly appreciated. Critchley however will have learnt from this season if he has'nt he must assess the decisions he's made, if he thinks this brand of football will draw the crowds he's very much mistaken. I and many others have had a diet of Green, Suddick Sinclair Okeefe Stewart Ormerrod Adam etc etc. His version of the game this season as a paying customer for me just isnt acceptable. The coming season will be a opportunity for him to introduce some style, skill and character to play the game in the way we have been use too. If he doesnt and thinks he can gain success from this style of play he needs to wake up, the support will decrease. His negative approach for me is unacceptable . We are not Real Madrid ! We are Blackpool FC. Go back to the drawing board Niel and consider the club you are managing and the games you have lost this season and your failure to change and introduce another option to test the opposition !. The only positive I can conclude from this season is we will have the opportunity to introduce some of our young players who may develop into season pros for next season in a league which will give them an opportunity.. What do you think Simon !
