I was a bit baffled about the early game atmosphere… I put it down to the “importance” of the game and the subtle tense anxiety gripping the fans.
We got over it though, mostly 👏

The coin toss turning the teams around for kick off took the edge off a bit. It wasn't until Jordan Gabriel went in like a wrecking ball and it got the crowd and his teammates going. If you could bottle what he was selling there we wouldn't go far wrong.

Felt like I'd played in it myself by the end, head was spinning at full time. Even our physio lads looked knackered with Dan Grimshaw and his fake injuries.
