Just looked at the table, christ on a bike what’s happened with Wigan?? They were seriously struggling last season but they seem to be walking the league this year 2nd place with 3 games in hand on Rotherham above them and 4 games in had on MK Dons below them.

Spending money again as they always do when they do anything. Nearly went bust, fans all with buckets out crying and jumping on the "it's not fair, all this money is ruining football" then got a new owner and got players like Charlie Wyke in on daft wages and don't give a fuck.

I hate them so much. Bunch of Liverpool fans who can't get tickets for Anfield.

No, I grew up there. Watched them plenty of times. Then all the dickheads that took the piss out of me for being a Pool fan who supported Liverpool and Utd started going to Wigan cos Whelen splashed the cash.

I watched them play league football in front of 1500 people. Winston White scoring his only two goals for them in front of ,1800 people. Amazing overhead kick.... No issue with actual Wigan fans. It's just that out of every 15, 14 of them actually have a Liverpool shirt.

Is that ok or does some sad ** who hangs around another team's message board for no apparent reason have an issue with that?
 
Sunderland will continue to lurch from crisis to crisis until they understand that sacking a manager that's only been in the job for just over twelve months, with a 51% win ratio and has the club second in the league, is not a good idea. They have no idea of the concept of one off results not mattering in the overall scheme of things. We lost 4-1 to Ipswich in an utterly pathetic performance last season - imagine if we'd sacked the manager because of it.
They're going to be in league one for a very long time unless they get someone in charge in the boardroom who isn't impulsive and basically understands football.

That was quite a few years back and he also put a humorous slant on it.
 
They've done it again tonight. Lost away to the team 17th in the league after taking the lead. Can't wait for the next blog.
 
They really are going to bottle it again, they need a new manager in quickly, for comedy value I hope it is Roy Keane. 😂
