14. If you are going to pay up front and know what you want - why not just do it?

A blazer would be top dog. I remember going to a Queens Park match at Hampden back in the early nineties. A very small team with a long history and the HQ of Scottish football for a ground. Their officials walked around in QP blazers and looked the dogs.

A quality club tie of silk with the crest embroidered on, instead of the polyester ones. I think the club used to do such 10 or more years ago. Though, as one poster has said, you can buy your own tangerine silk tie and take it to Lytham Embroidery, I presume.

As someone who is in the stage of life where I'm hiding my bald spot with hats I second the request for more stylish caps.

I would also ask for a beanie style hat for men as I looked recently and they only had a womens one.

Phone case's for phones other than iPhone would also be good. I've bought a personalised one off ebay, but getting one with the crest on it would be nice.

Also just generally more things in tangerine. I went in the week before Wembley and they had very few things actually in tangerine.

Managed to get a generic Puma tangerine hoodie that was selling very well, think I got the last large, but didnt see any of the t-shirts, jumpers or polo's in tangerine. They were all in white, navy or black. Even the kids PJ'S aren't tangerine.

Think I speak for most blackpool fans when I say that we like to wear tangerine, it is our colour after all.

Absolutely. The poly one I have is a good design but you get those little ball things and catches very easily when your sat at a desk all day.

What's the difference between those and the bobble hat's we wore in the '50's-'60's? I'm just wondering why they are called "American-style" when the style is so old in British terms.

You are right that bobble hats had a wider range of patterns in the 50s and 50s, perhaps because they were knitted by grannies. 😁
But did English football clubs adopt them to the same degree that the Americans have? I can't remember that, but my memory is not what it was.

Today, every NFL club has its own elaborate design in styles that have not taken off yet in English football. So it's easy to refer to them as American style. I couldn't find an image of the BFC hats, but here's a couple of examples of the USA ones:

Thoes hats are for sale on the website. Only problem is you have to pay for postage.

Must have got more in recently.

Thanks for that. πŸ‘ I should have done more research before posting.😁

Searching more widely on the club site, I found the one I was thinking of:

This one is in junior size. I have seen adults wearing them, but perhaps they had very small heads. I'd buy one in adult size.

They had the navy ones in adult size as I was going to get one but I left it a bit late and sold out, Hopefully they will get more in as the navy one looks nice

They are back in stock now. I always used to get mine along with my rattle (remember those), from the Ron Flowers shop in Wolverhampton in the days I used to follow the Wolves.

Oh, and please get Puma to do this in tangerine (for grey) and white (for blue) **

** To replace the almost identical "vintage" one I found in a charity shop, it won't last forever you know.
Thanks.

I would like to see bright dayglo orange (tangerine) scarves to be given out to the children of Blackpool and surrounding areas for safety in dark, cold Winter months.
Create a slogan...'Be seen, be safe, be a Seasider'
Just a cost effective idea to create the future fanbase on the back of a safety campaign.

I'd love to see a better range of caps. As my brother said a few weeks ago, "They're all for old men or kids." Something that's more in style would be good.
Agree. The caps are awful. Get in touch with New Era and get a range of modern caps made by the leading brand.

Something to match the very nice knitted bobble hats for winter.

Hoodies. Simple ones in neutral colours with just the club crest on them.Puma ones would be good.

Retro shirts. From 1950's through to the 1990's.

Some large canvas prints for the office or the man cave.Make them available delivery only. Im thinking some prints of old Bloomfield Rd.Scratching Sheds,Old Kop etc.
