I see Dan Kemp has been recalled by MK Dons..He's had a great spell at Swindon on loan. I wonder how much he is worth now?
Weir did well in L1 last season, but did nothing for us in the same division!

I went to watch Barrow v Tranmere on Saturday and can say I massively disagree. The quality, the speed, the athleticism and the movement are worlds apart. Not a single player on the pitch during that game would have got near the Blackpool first XI. I expected it to be much much better. It was dire.

I wouldn’t fancy our chances at Wrexham or even Chesterfield for that matter.
Don’t think there’s much between league 1, 2, personally as Wrexham have proved and Chesterfield are doing right now, got beat by a 95th minute goal at Watford Saturday and Wrexham beat league one Shrewsbury away yesterday.

Cup games aren't the best indicators. Different motivations, pressures, team selections etc.
We just got a draw away in the prem and yet get beat by far lesser sides.

I do agree Cup games aren’t a clear comparison to league games but I still think Wrexham will walk league 2 and Chesterfield will walk the Conference.
Can also see Wrexham doing well in league one next season the same for Chesterfield in league 2 both have money behind them and it’s that’s that makes all the difference.

Tbf Wrexham aren’t walking League 2 this season despite a massive budget. Ahead of Saturday Barrow were 4th and Tranmere had the best form in the league with 1 loss in 10 ! (Adkin’s has really turned Tranmere around)

It's the money that is making a difference. Complete distortion of the competition when you can get players in League 2 on £15,000 a week. They should be doing better than they are, in truth.

Think we need more players busting a gut to prove they belong at a level. That was part of what we had previously in both Lg 1 and champ and tbh, the Prem and before that...
