I agree with him, but his selections and tactics are part of the reason we are still firmly in the drop zone

Parachuted in to try an emergency fix with a squad of players totally unsuited to his "style". The mistake of Appleton compounded by keeping him too long and replacing him with a footballing dinosaur.
It's been a total clusterfuck of a season whatever Mick thought or thinks about our chances of survival, its just not happening.
We are in the bottom three for good reason along with Huddersfield and Wigan who have made similar managerial fuck ups to us.
