Modern Legends at Pool

After seeing Clappers image of the current King of Bloomfield Road, his serene majesty Jerry Yates, I’m wondering who in the past ten years qualify as Pool legends?

So outside of the Olly players, are there any that qualify? In fact can they still qualify if they played in the boycott years?

Unfortunately the decade has been plagued by boycotts against the Oystons, so we don’t have many.

Jerry is the one who the fans love…and I think he loves us back!

He has to do right by his career and we all know it, so even if he leaves we’ll all remember the good times and wish him well!

Besides Keogh, I could only think of Marv, especially after our first season in the championship.
He stepped up very well, but has missed Keogh this season in my opinion.

I thought Jamie O'Hara stood out like a beacon in a very poor team that got relegated from the Championship. It's a shame we couldn't have got Ricardo Fuller a bit earlier in his career, some sublime skill.

On effort the Bishop
